What is the Gathered Goods Fundraising Program?
Gathered Goods is a simple, fun, and effective way to raise money for your cause! You’ll offer curated bundles of high-quality items to your supporters, and a portion of every sale will go directly to your organization or project.
Who can host a fundraising campaign?
Our program is open to schools, clubs, teams, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and individuals raising money for a specific cause. Whether you're funding classroom supplies, supporting a mission trip, or saving for a big event, Gathered Goods can help.
How does the fundraising process work?
It’s simple!

Sign Up – Either work directly with your Brand Partner to get your site set up or create it yourself via the My Account section of the site.

Set Your Goal – Decide how much you want to raise and select your campaign dates.

Share & Sell – Promote your campaign using the site links and marketing tools we provide, and watch your supporters shop and share!
How long does a campaign last?
You have control over the length of your campaign with a simple calendar selector for the start and end dates. The maximum length of the campaign is 30 days from your kickoff date.
How much money can we raise?
It depends on your goal and the size of your supporter network, but beneficiaries will earn 25-35% return on their campaign.
Do we have to manage inventory or handle shipping?
Nope! We handle all the order fulfillment and shipping for you. Your supporters shop online, and products are shipped directly to them within a few days of their order being placed.
How do supporters place their orders?
Your campaign will have a dedicated online storefront where supporters can shop and check out directly. We’ll provide you with the link to share via email, text, and social media. If you have a list of specific individuals in your organization who will be raising funds, individual URLs can be easily created for each of them.
When do we receive our campaign earnings?
The "beneficiary" (the organization/person for whom the funds are being raised) will receive a check with their proceeds mailed to them at the address of record. It will be issued no more than 14 days after both of the following occur - the close of the campaign AND our receipt of a validated W9 form.
Is there a cost to host a fundraiser?
There is no cost to host a Gathered Goods fundraiser. We've designed the program to make it as easy and risk-free as possible for organizations, as they share products, collect orders, and promote their cause.
Can we run multiple campaigns throughout the year?
Absolutely! Many schools and groups run campaigns in the fall, spring, and summer to support different needs.

Register your organization or group to get a unique fundraising link online.

Promote: Share the link with your community to raise awareness for your cause.

Collect orders: Supporters can purchase products directly from the online store through your link. Some products may also be collected in person.

You can also follow your supporters progress online. Make sure you completed the W-9 form so you can receive your funds when your fundraiser is over.
